摘　　要：校本培训是基于校本的教师专业发展途径,能够更好地将教师的专业发展和教学实践活动紧密结合,对民办院校教师专业发展起到至关重要的作用,建立融合行业和校内以及个人资源"合作模式"的校本培训制度,增强校本培训的实效性。College-based training is a college-based way of teachers＇ professional development. It can better combine teach-ers＇ professional development with teaching practice, playing a pivotal role in the professional development of teachers in private colleges. We should construct a college-based training system integrating specific industries, college and personal resources, in order to enhance the effectiveness of college-based training.
