住院医师在普通外科规范化培训中的临床带教方法探讨

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是我国医学教育的重要阶段,也是培养临床医学人才的基础。随着培训人数及医疗机构单位的增多,临床工作任务繁重,怎样进行带教,一直是大家探讨的热点。因此,结合我院普通外科规范化培训住院医师的特点及多年的临床带教工作情况,浅谈我科临床带教的体会,总结如下几方面:做好入科宣教;加强外科基础理论知识的学习及临床应用;加强外科手术基本操作的训练;养成科学的严谨的临床思维方法 ;培养良好的医患沟通能力及高尚的医德医风和高度的责任意识。Standardized training of residents is an important stage of medical education in our country,and it is also the foundation of training clinical medical talents. With the increase in the number of training and medical institutions,clinical work,how to carry out the task of teaching,has been a hot topic of discussion. Therefore,according to the standard of general surgery in our hospital clinical training in hospital and physician characteristics of years of teaching work,the experience of clinical teaching,summarizes the following several aspects： do well into the science education,strengthen the learning knowledge of basic theory and clinical application of surgery,strengthen the basic operation of surgical operation to develop clinical training,the thinking method of rigorous scientific training,good communication skills and noble medical ethics and high sense of responsibility.
