摘　　要：传统的以"教师为中心"的教学方法,通过教师讲授的方式,把理论知识系统、全面地传达给学生,但削弱和忽视了学生主动学习积极性。而"以学生为中心"的教学方法侧重学生群体,主要通过教师的引导,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生利用学习资料,主动地获取知识,加深对知识的理解和运用。本文主要探讨"以学生为中心"的教学方法在医学免疫学实验课中的应用及思考。The teachers impart knowledge systematically and comprehensively to students, which would weaken and neglect the enthusiasm of students＇ active learning through the traditional ＂teachercentered＂ teaching methods. While the ＂student-centered＂ teaching methods focus on the student groups, which inspire students＇ interest to learn and think through teacher＇s guidance. The students will acquire and understand knowledge actively by themselves. This article talks about practice and consideration of the models of student-centered in experiment of medical immunology.
