摘  要:采用计算机仿真与试验相结合的方法,根据ECE R44法规,在MADYMO软件中分别建立前置护体型和五点约束带式儿童约束系统碰撞仿真模型。通过台车碰撞试验验证所建仿真模型的有效性,在仿真环境下对两种儿童约束系统的动态性能展开研究。结果表明,不同类型儿童约束系统由于安装方式及约束方式的不同,在碰撞过程中动态性能存在较大差异。碰撞发生时,前置护体型儿童约束系统对儿童乘员胸部损伤较大,五点约束带式儿童约束系统对儿童乘员颈部损伤较大。By combining computer simulation with experiments, the paper built simulation models of impact shield and 5pt harness child restraint systems in MADYMO software according to the ECE regulations No.44, and the simulation models were verified by sled crash testing. Simulation research on dynamic performance of two kinds of child restraint systems were conducted. Research results show that, due to the different installation methods and constraints, there are significant differences in dynamic performance for different types of child restraint systems in the process of collision. When collision occurs, with the impact shield child restraint system, the child occupant has more serious chest injuries while with the 5pt child restraint system, more significant neck injuries were found.
