摘  要:本试验测定了泰山黄芽大白菜改良后代与亲本的产量及其经济性状,研究了不同贮藏温度和时间对其净菜率、VC含量和亚硝酸盐含量的影响,比较分析了泰山黄芽大白菜杂交后代与亲本间产量及耐贮性差异。结果表明:杂交后代F白菜球高、球粗、单球重、球叶数、净菜率分别比其亲本P增加了2.2 cm、2.9 cm、0.19 kg、1.5片和7.0个百分点;改良后的杂交后代F耐贮藏性明显优于其亲本P。0℃条件下黄芽大白菜贮藏效果最佳,其次是自然条件,随着温度的升高白菜净菜率显著降低,VC含量减少,而亚硝酸盐含量升高。The yield and economic characters of filial generation and parent of Chinese cabbage Huangya were measured in this research, the effects of different storage temperatures and storage times on cleaned vegetable rate, Vc content and nitrite content were studied, and the yield and storage endurance differences between filial generation and parent of Chinese cabbage Huangya were compared. The results showed that the plant height, stem width, weight per plant, number of plant leaves and cleaned vegetable rate of the filial generation increased by 2.2 era, 2.9 cm, 0.19 kg, 1.5 slices and 7.0 percent point respectively than those of its parent. The storage endurance of the filial generation was better than that of its parent. The storage effectiveness of Chinese cabbage Huangya under 0℃ was the best, and the natural condition was the second. As the temperature rising, the cleaned vegetable rate reduced remarkably, and the Vc content reduced, but the nitrite content increased.
