摘 要:目的:评估食管癌患者的营养状况,分析营养风险相关因素。总结食管癌患者确诊时的营养状况,为存在营养不良、营养风险者及时接受营养支持治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取2014年4月至2015年6月期间本院胸外科收治的317例食管癌患者,采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)评估上述患者的营养风险,并进行营养状况评估与咨询,统计患者入院时的膳食摄入情况。结果:本组患者营养风险筛查得分为1~5分,平均(2.1±1.23)分,104例存在营养风险,营养风险发生率32.81%。多因素Logisitic回归分析发现营养风险的相关因素为:女性(OR=1.998)和24h膳食调查能量摄入不足(OR=6.661)。结论:食管癌患者发生营养风险的概率较高,女性及24h膳食调查能量摄入不足者营养不良的风险相对较高,对其应给予相应的营养干预措施。Objective: To evaluate the nutrition status of esophageal cancer patients and analyze the relevant factor of nutritional risks. Methods: This study involves 317 patients of esophageal cancer treated during April 2014 and June 2015. NRS2002 was applied to assess the nutritional risk of these patients and compile statistics of their food input when being first treated by assessing and consulting about their nutritional status. Results: The NRS result of patient ranged between 1 ~ 5 with the average( 2. 1 ± 1. 23). 104 patients among them had nutritional risks,accounting for 32. 81%. Multi- facto r Logistic regression analysis showed the relevant factor of nutritional risks : Female( OR= 1. 998) and 24 h insufficient food input( OR = 6. 661). Conclusion: Esophageal cancer patients suffer higher risks of nutritional risks. Female and those of 24 h insufficient food input suffers higher risks of malnutrition.
