摘  要:目的:通过化学发光分析法评价3种佛手粗多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用O2-·、·OH和H2O23种自由基体外清除体系的特性对得到3种佛手粗多糖产物(FSP-1、FSP-2、FSP-3)进行测试。结果:3种粗多糖对羟基自由基的清除能力较强,对过氧化氢的清除能力相对较弱,且3种粗多糖中FSP-3对超氧自由基、羟基自由基及过氧化氢的清除作用均为最大,表现出优于其他2种多糖的体外抗氧化能力。结论:佛手多糖具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,可作为一种潜在的天然抗氧化剂。Objective The capability of scavenging three kinds free radical was adopted to evaluate the antioxidant activity in vitro. Methods: According to the inhibition degree of the chemiluminescence, the ability of scavenging free radicals of bergamot polysaccharide was detected and evaluated. By optimizing initial parameters of the chemiluminescence reaction and the flow-injection chemiluminescence process, the antioxidation effect of three kinds of fingered citron polysaccharide (FSP-l,FSP-2 and FSP-3) was studied in details. Results: It was shown that three kinds of fingered citron polysaccharide (FSP-1 ,FSP-2 and FSP-3) which was separated from bergamot were of significant scavenging effects on ,0H , H 20 2 and O2- , in which *OH scavenging ability was stronger, H2O2 scavenging ability was relatively weaker. Conclusion: It was also illustrated that FSP-3 was the best one of three kinds of bergamot polysaccharide for free radical scavenging effect, and fingered citron polysaccharide could be used as potential antioxidant activity of natural product.
