“以人为本”的教育理念在概率论与数理统计教学中的应用

摘　　要："以人为本"的科学发展观理论是在十六届三中全会上提出的,在教育中谈以人为本,就是以学生为本。概率论与数理统计所研究的对象是随机现象的统计规律性,这是数学中一门很重要的基础学科。在本科阶段我们要用"以人为本"的理念进行概率论与数理统计的教学,做到站在学生的角度,切身考虑学生的发展情况开展教学,目的是让学生真正获得一门实用的工具,促进学生个体的发展。People-oriented theory of scientific development concept was put forward in the third plenary session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee. In education, people-oriented is actually the student-oriented. What the probability theory and mathematical statistics study is the statistical regularity of random phenomena, which is a very important subject in mathematics. In the period of being a undergraduate, teaching of probability theory and mathematical statistics should be guided by the ＂peopleoriented＂ concept and teachers should put themselves into students＇ shoes. Furthermore, teach according to each individual to let them get a practical tool and promote the development of them.
