摘　　要：从现代畜牧业的特征及对动物科学专业人才培养的需求出发,分析我国普通农业高等院校现有实践教学与培养方式存在的问题。重点针对实践教学资源与条件不足的问题,总结云南农业大学动物科学专业人才培养的实践教学协同体系的构建与成果。为我国普通农业高等院校动物科学专业高素质复合型畜牧人才培养的实践教学体系改革创新探索一条新路。Based on the requirement of modem animal husbandry development characteristics and un-dergraduate cultivation of animal science specialty, the paper summarized the existing problems on the practice teaching and cultivating model of our agricultural university undergraduates. On focus of the relatively insufficient practice teaching resources and conditions, Yunnan agricultural university inno-vatively constructed the cooperative system on the practice teaching cultivation for the animal science undergraduates, which explored a brand new approach of the practice teaching cultivation of the high- quality compound Animal husbandry talents of our agricultural university.
