摘　　要：中外合作高等教育是中国高等教育的"第三条道路",是推动中国高等教育从大众化向普及化过渡阶段的"三驾马车"之一。中外合作办学是中外合作高等教育的重要形式,也是中国高等教育的重要组成部分。在国家政策鼓励下,中外合作高等教育取得了快速发展,成为改革开放后我国高等教育领域"洋为中用"的新探索,但投入产出不成正比、良莠不齐的办学质量等问题亟须关注。为促进中外合作高等教育绿色发展,必须优化研究和建构中外合作高等教育的监管体制机制。Sino-foreign cooperation higher education is the third road of higher education in China, which is also one ofthe three carriages of the Chinese higher education from massification to populariza-tion. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important form of sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, also is an important part of higher education in China. The past ten years has seen significant advances and new explorations in Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education after refor-ming and opening up, but which has many issues. Research and construct the institutions as well as mechanisms for supervising, managing to promote green development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.
