摘　　要：创新创业能力是大学生综合素质的重要体现,也是人才培养质量的重要衡量指标。桂林电子科技大学作为一所地方工科高校,针对工程应用型人才培养,以改革课程教学为重点,以搭建实践平台为核心,以建立服务保障体系为关键,深入开展适合高校特点的大学生创新实践教育。通过整合学校、企业和社会的教学资源,实现课内和课外、理论和实践、校内和校外的有机结合,构建了"三层次、四平台、四保障"的创新创业教育体系,将创新创业能力的培养贯穿于工程应用型人才培养的全过程,渗透到专业教育之中,对学生培养成效卓著。The innovative and entrepreneurial ability is an important manifestation of the comprehensive quality of college students. Guilin University of Electronic Technology as a local engineering university,according to training of engineering application talents,taking to reform the course teaching as the focus,to build practical platform as the core,to establish the service system for the key,carries out college students' innovation education for university characteristics in-depth. In order to achieve the organic combination of in-class and after-class,theory and practice,both internal and external,various resources require the the college-enterprise society cooperation. To integrate various resources of the university,enterprise and society,to build a'Three-level,Four-platform,Four-guarntee' system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,to make the training of innovative and entrepreneurial education throughout the process of engineering application talents training,and to penetrate into the professional education are needed. Finally,the outstanding results are obtained.
