摘  要:双螺旋摆动液压缸的双螺旋式传动结构具有承载能力大、结构紧凑、摆动角度大、回转精度高等特点。利用Pro/E三维设计软件建立了双螺旋摆动液压缸虚拟样机模型,并运用ADAMS专用接口技术(Mech/Pro)将其导入至ADAMS系统动力学仿真软件;基于传统拉格朗日方程对摆动液压缸模型进行动力学仿真计算。通过仿真,对双螺旋摆动液压缸的输出扭矩与负载启动特性进行了分析;并通过摆动液压缸力学实验,验证了动力学仿真结果的可靠性,为今后物理样机的设计与制造提供理论支持与技术借鉴。The double helix transmission structure of hydraulic rotary cylinder,it has many advantages of large output angle, over-loading performance, compact structure and high rotary precision etc. In this paper, virtual prototyping model of hydraulic rotary cylinder was established by using Pro/E software and imported into ADAMS by Mech/Pro interface. Based on traditional Lagrange equation, dynamic model of hydraulic rotary cylinder was numerically simulated. Through simulation results, output torque and load start characteristic of rotary cylinder were analyzed. And reliability of danamic simulation results were verified by the mechanical experiment which provided us with theoretical support and technical reference for design of the physical prototype.
