教育管理学四大范畴视角下高校体育教学管理创新研究

摘　　要：根据教育管理学的相关理论,梳理出活动、体制、机制、观念四大研究范畴,共同构成了管理的重要内容。基于四大研究范畴,分析了高校体育教学管理问题,并提出促进高校体育教学管理创新的四大举措,即高校体育教学管理活动创新、高校体育教学管理体制创新、高校体育教学管理机制创新和、高校体育教学管理观念创新。According to the relevant theories of educational management,the four major research areas of activity,system,mechanism and concept have been sorted out,which together constitute the important content of management. Category four research based on the analysis of the problem of teaching management of physical education in Colleges and universities,and puts forward four measures to promote the innovation of teaching management of college sports,college sports is the teaching management innovation,university sports teaching management system innovation,mechanism innovation and management of PE Teaching in Colleges and universities,colleges and universities sports teaching concepts of management innovation.
