摘  要:正交异性钢桥面箱梁广泛应用于大跨斜拉桥,顶板厚度和纵肋规格是最重要的结构参数。为研究正交异性钢桥面结构设计关键参数对受力的影响,以广东省江顺大桥主跨700 m混合梁斜拉桥为研究对象,建立大规模全桥结构组合有限单元模型;选取桥面U肋板厚和顶板厚两个关键参数作为变量,考虑这两个厚度的不同组合,采用标准车辆荷载、超重车辆荷载、标准疲劳车辆荷载和欧洲LC标准荷载分别作用在主车道和重车道上,对比计算了22种荷载工况,通过计算详细了解不同参数变化时桥面结构的详细应力分布和控制应力的变化。Orthotropic steel deck of box girder has been widely used in long-span cable-stayed bridge,and its thickness of top plate and dimensions of longitudinal rib are the most important structural parameters. For researching the effect of stresses on key parameters of orthotropic steel deck in structural design,a large-scale integrated finite element model of the bridge was established,based on Jiangshun Bridge in Guangdong Province,a cable-stayed bridge of hybrid girder with 700 meters span. Two key parameters,thickness of U rib and thickness of top plate in bridge deck as variables,the different combinations of the both thickness were considered. For standard vehicle load,overweight vehicles load,standard fatigue vehicle load and LC load in Europe acting on the main lane and heavy driveway respectively,added up to 22 kinds of load case,detailed stresses for orthotropic steel deck of box girder were analyzed and compared. All of these have reference significantly for optimization of bridge deck.
