山区铁路汛期运输组织应急调整对策探讨

摘　　要：概述我国山区铁路汛期灾害现状,针对山区铁路汛期灾害时空分布集中、灾后影响范围大、降水强度及规模难以预测等特点,分析山区铁路汛期灾害在行车设备设施、路网点线能力、列车运行速度、列车停站时间及运行秩序等方面给运输组织带来的影响,在遵循山区铁路汛期运输组织应急调整原则的基础上,提出基于列车组织方式与运行计划的铁路汛期运输组织应急调整对策,为我国山区铁路汛期运输组织应急管理决策提供参考。This paper summarizes the disaster status of mountain railway in flood season in China, targeting with the characteristics of the railway under disaster condition in flood season, including centralized temporal and spatial distribution, large influence scale after disaster and difficult forecast of precipitation intensity and scale, the paper analyzes the influence of railway disaster in flood season on transport organization, like train operation facilities, point-line capacity of railway network, train running speed, train stopping time and operation order. On the basis of following the principle of transport organization emergency adjustment of mountain railway in flood season, the paper puts forward countermeasures of the emergency adjustment based on train organization mode and operation scheme, which provide reference for transport organization emergency management decision-making of mountain railway in flood season in China.
