摘　　要：分析公立医院科主任考核现状及存在的问题,介绍某三甲综合性医院公益性导向的临床科主任年度考核实施方法、指标体系构建、考核结果应用及取得的效果,以期为医院管理者提供借鉴参考。This paper analyzed the existing problems of the clinical department director assessment, introduced public welfare oriented clinical department director assessment of a grade - A third - level hospital from aspects such as implementation method, indicator system construction, application of the assessment results and its effects, hope to provide experience and reference for the hospital managers.
