摘  要:云端教学是随着无线网络和媒体技术的发展而出现的一种新的教学形式。笔者带领团队跟踪云端教学项目两年多,根据云课堂教学观察、问卷调查(管理者、教师、学生、家长)、现场访谈、行动研究等多种方式对云端教学的实施状况进行调查与分析,深入挖掘影响云端教学实施的制约因素,提出"现场感受,环境浸润;一体三翼,协同创新;需求为本,‘一’对‘一’培训;应用驱动,效果推进"等常态化实施策略,并构建了基于微视频的"一"对"一"翻转培训新模式,以期为云端教学的进一步推广和常态化实施提供借鉴和参考。Cloud teaching is a new appeared teaching pattern accompanying with the development of wireless network and media technology.The author led a team to follow cloud teaching project for two years,did a survey and analysis towards the implementation situation of cloud teaching with varieties of ways like cloud classroom teaching observation,questionnaires(managers,teachers, students,parents),live interviews,action research,dug restraining factors of influencing cloud teaching implementation in a deep way,and put forward several normalized implementation strategies,namely,1.Feel live atmosphere and immerse in the environment; 2.Three wings of one body and collaborative innovation; 3.Necessity-orientation and "one" to "one" training; 4.Driving with application and pushing with effect,and constructing a new "one" to "one" flipped training mode based on micro-videos,hoping to provide references for cloud teaching's further popularization and normalization implementation.
