终身教育视域下区域性学分银行建设条件分析

摘　　要：随着构建终身教育体系的认知提升,建立"学习型社会"的教育目标日益明晰,搭建服务全民的终身学习"立交桥"极为必要。建设学分银行,可以打破学校与学校外教育之间互相割裂的壁垒,尤其在省级区域范围内建设学分银行,现实意义就更为重要。本研究在分析我国区域性学分银行建设条件基础上从两个维度展开,一是区域性学分银行认证体系的建设(包括学分标准的界定、学分转换规则的设计等);另一是区域性学分银行组织体系的建设以及保障体系的完善。With the recognition of lifelong education system, establishing the educational goal of ＂learning society＂ has become increasingly clear, and building service of life-long learning ＂crossroad＂ has become very necessary. Constructing credit bank can break the barriers between inner-school and outer-school education. Constructing provincial credit bank is especially important in practical field. This paper makes exploration in two dimensions： one is the construction of regional credit bank certification system （including the definition of credit criteria and the design of credit transfer, etc.）; the other is the construction of regional credit bank organizing system and improvement of support system.
