摘  要:选取破碎过程中的关键因素,以油脂得率为评价指标,通过进行单因素试验和正交试验,对研磨法破碎小球藻细胞的工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,小球藻细胞破碎最佳工艺条件为藻液质量浓度150 g/L,破碎时间2.5 h,球磨机转速400 r/min,藻液与钢珠的质量比为3:4。在此工艺条件下,能达到较好的破碎效果,油脂得率为46.89%。The key factors were selected in the process of disruption. Using oil yield as evaluation index, the process conditions of Chlorella cell dis- ruption by grinding method were researched through the single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that the optimum disruption conditions were optimized as follows: Chlorella liquid concentration 150 g/L, disruption time 2.5 h, rotate speed of ball grinder 400 r/rain, the mass ratio of Chlorella liquid and steel ball 3:4. Under the conditions, the disruption effect was better, and the oil yield was 46.89%.
