Effect of Astaxanthin and Exercise on Antioxidant Capacity of Human Body,Blood Lactic Acid and Blood Uric Acid Metabolism

摘  要:目的:研究补充虾青素及急性大强度运动对人体血清抗氧化能力、血乳酸及血尿酸代谢的影响。方法:将16名体育学院男生随机分为实验组A和对照组B(每组8人)。A组以中等剂量(12mg/d)服用虾青素28天,B组服用安慰剂28天。4周后,所有受试者进行急性大强度运动,即全力骑功率自行车30s×3/间歇3 min,负荷为0.075kg/kg体重。分别在服药前、服药后(运动前)、运动后即刻、运动后1h采集所有受试者的血液样本并检测其抗氧化能力值、血乳酸及血尿酸值。结果:1)中等剂量服用虾青素4周可显著提高受试者的抗氧化能力(P<0.01),降低血乳酸水平(P<0.05)及血尿酸水平(P<0.05);2)急性大强度运动后即刻,两组受试抗氧化能力值均下降(P<0.05),血乳酸值均明显升高(P<0.01),但实验组抗氧化能力值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血乳酸值低于对照组(P<0.05),两组受试者血尿酸值虽均有下降,但无统计学差异,实验组仍略低于对照组(P<0.05);3)运动后1h,两组受试者抗氧化能力值均明显上升(P<0.05),实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血乳酸值均明显下降(P<0.01),实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血尿酸值均明显上升(P<0.01),实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:1)连续4周服用中等剂量虾青素可显著提高人体在安静状态下的抗氧化能力,降低血乳酸、血尿酸含量;2)可改善急性大强度运动后人体抗氧化能力的降低程度和恢复程度,血乳酸及血尿酸的产生程度和清除速度。Objective:Make a research of the effect of intake of astaxanthin as well as acute and high-intensity exercise on antioxidant capacity of human body,blood lactic acid and blood uric acid metabolism.Methods:select 16 male students from physic culture institute and classify them into Experimental Group A and Control Group B at random(8person per each group).The students from Group A take astaxanthin with mild moderate dose(12mg/d)for 28 days,while those from Group B take placebo for 28 days.Four weeks later,all subjects will do acute high-intensity exercise,that is,riding cycle ergometer with all strength 30seconds×3/at three minutes interval,loading a weight of 0.075kg/kg.Blood sample of all subjects are collected before taking medicine,after taking medicine(before exercise),immediately after the exercise,one hour after the exercise respectively to test the antioxidant capacity,blood lactic acid and blood uric acid.Results:1)Intake of astaxanthin with mild moderate dose for 4weeks can obviously enhance the body antioxidant capacity of subjects(P〈0.01),lower blood lactic acid level(P〈0.05)and blood uric acid level(P〈0.05).2)Instantly after acute high-intensity exercise,the antioxidant capacity of the two groups decline without exception(P〈0.05),the blood lactic acid of two groups evidently rise(P〈0.01),however,the antioxidant capacity of Experimental Group is obviously higher than that of Control Group(P〈0.05),the blood lactic acid level of Experimental Group is lower than that of Control Group(P〈0.05);In spite of decline of blood uric acid of the two groups instantly after exercise,however there is no statistics difference,the value of the Experimental Group is still slightly lower than Control Group(P〈0.05).3)One hour after exercise,the antioxidant capacity of the two groups obviously go up without exception(P〈0.05)and the value of Experimental Group is obviously higher than that of Control Group(P〈0.01).The blood lactic acid of t
