摘  要:"中国制造2025"是中国版的工业4.0,随着"中国制造2025"的逐步实施,我国制造产业将全面改造升级,这必将影响到高职制造类专业人才供需的状况及人才培养目标。为更好地适应"中国制造2025",针对目前高职制造类专业存在的专业改革发展准备不足、专业建设顶层设计滞后和教学资源储备不够等问题,需要重点推进人才培养模式改革,不断优化人才培养要素:要不断更新教育理念,主动适应人才培养新要求;适当拓宽专业口径,提高学生就业适应力;构建完善的课程体系,服务学生可持续发展;重视实训实习基地建设,为学生提供现代化教学条件及环境;实施师资培养工程,打造高水平教师队伍;探索人才培养新途径,提升人才培养质量;构建科学评价体系,发挥教学质量评价的导向功能。"Made in China 2025" is the Chinese version of the industry 4.0, with the gradual implementation of China's manufacturing 2025, China's manufacturing industry will be fully upgraded which will affect the supply and demand of Manufacturing Specialty Talents and its cultivating objectives in Higher Vocational Education. In order to adapt to the "Made in China 2025" better, in view of inadequate preparation of specialty reform and development, lagging of specialty construction top-level design and lack of teaching resources and other issues, it is important to promote the reform of specialty talents cultivation mode, constantly optimize the talent cultivation elements, renew the ideas of education, take the initiative to adapt to the new requirements of talents cultivation; widen specialty range appropriately, improve students' employment adaptability; build a sound curriculum system to serve the sustainable development of students; attach importance to practical training base, provide students with modern teaching conditions and environment; implement teacher training projects and build high level of teaching staff; explore a new way of talents cultivation and enhance the quality of talents cultivation; construct a scientific evaluation system and play a guiding role in teaching quality evaluation.
