开封市13株创伤弧菌分离株耐药性及PFGE分型研究

摘　　要：目的对2014年开封市水产品流通和加工环节中分离的创伤弧菌进行耐药性测定和脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)分型研究,为创伤弧菌引起食源性疾病的治疗提供依据,并初步研究PFGE分型技术对创伤弧菌分型的应用。方法参照国标GB4789.7-2013副溶血性弧菌检验和霍乱弧菌PFGE的分型方法对样品进行创伤弧菌分离、鉴定及PFGE分型;用微量肉汤稀释法进行抗生素耐药性研究。结果 144份样品中共检出创伤弧菌13株,污染率为9.03%;13株创伤弧菌通过PFGE分型,共得到7个条带分为7种带型,呈现明显多态性;耐药性研究结果显示,分离菌株对磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)、链霉素(STR)耐药率较高,分别为61.54%和53.85%,对阿奇霉素(AZI)、强力霉素(DOX)、头孢吡肟(FEP)、亚胺培南(IMI)100%敏感,对其他抗生素部分耐药。结论开封地区部分水产品中存有创伤弧菌污染,检出菌株间遗传同源关系较远;部分菌株产生耐药性。Objectives We determined drug resistance and studied on the typing of PFGE of which is separated from circulation and process link of aquatic products in Kaifeng City in 2014,provided the basis for the treatment of foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio vulnificus,and preliminarily studied the use of PFGE typing technique on Vibrio vulnificus. Methods According to the national standard GB4789.7- 2013 for detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio cholerae PFGE of Vibrio vulnificus isolation, identification and PFGE typing of samples; for research on antibiotic resistance by broth microdilution method. Results A total of 13 strains of Vibrio vulnificus were detected in 144 samples,contamination rate was 9.03%;13 strains of Vibrio vulnificus by PFGE classification, there were 7 bands divided into 7 kinds of band type, showed polymorphism; Study on the resistance results showed that isolates resistance to sulfamethoxazole（SMX）,streptomycin（STR） rate was higher, were 61.54% and 53.85%, of azithromycin（Azi）, doxycycline（DOX）, cefepime（FEP）,imipenem（IMI） 100% sensitive and partial resistance to other antibiotics. Conclusions Vibrio vulnificus being part of the aquatic products in Kaifeng area, detection of genetic homology between strains of distantly related and drug-fast.
