摘  要:21世纪是全球经济大爆发的一个时代,同时,随着经济的发展,各个国家逐渐成为一个统一的整体。作为全球高效的资源配置组织形式之一,跨国公司在整个经济的发展中扮演着重要的角色。同时跨国公司经营的成功与否关键在于人力资源的管理。对于日本来说,其最大的贸易伙伴已经不是美国而是中国,但是日本企业在中国的发展并不是十分顺利。各式各样的问题围绕日本跨国公司本土化战略展开,重重困难之下,日本企业应该看到解决在华企业的人力资源问题是整个发展的关键所在。Twenty-first Century is an era of global economy, at the same time, with the development of the economy, every country is increasingly becoming a unified whole. As one of the world's highly efficient resource allocation organization, multinational corporations play an important role in the development of the whole economy. Meanwhile, the success of multinational corporations is the key to the management of human resources. For Japan, its biggest trading partner is China but not the United States. However, the development of Japanese companies in China is not very easy. A wide variety of issues surrounding the localization strategy of Japanese multinational companies are discussed with many difficulties, Japanese companies should see the key to solve these problems in China which are human resources.
