摘 要:高校网络舆情具有与师生利益的密切关联性、舆情平台的丰富复杂性、舆情发生的随机快速性、意见表达的主观非理性、舆情发展的多元联动性、舆情影响的高度社会性等特点。当前高校网络舆情应对中存在平台建设整体滞后、与服务师生的实际工作不够协同、专门力量薄弱、缺乏与社会媒体的有效互动、总体上还处于被动状态等问题。做好高校网络舆情应对工作必须采取系统措施,实现校园网络平台的综合社区化,网络舆情应对的协同化、专业化、即时化和联动化,舆情引导的对象化、先导化,实现高校网络舆情的平稳理性有序可控。Online Public Opinion in universities takes important characteristics in the close relevance with the interests of teachers and students; the abundancy and complexity of online public opinion platform; the random rapidity of the occurrence of online public opinion, the subjective nonrationality of opinion expression; multivariate linking in the development of online pub- lic opinion; and, the high socialization of the influence of online public opinion. The problems in coping with online public opinion in universities are as follows. 1) the construction of online public opinion platform in colleges is hysteretic and is not synchronous with the work of serving teachers and students; 2) the specialized strength is weak; 3) it's lack of effective interaction with social media; and, 4) in general, it is still in a passive state. In order to deal with the situation of online public opinion in universities, one should take systemic measures to build a comprehensive community-based campus online platform, to achieve the collaborative, profession- al, instant and associative online public opinion coping strategy, and to make the guidance of online public opinion become objective and become a policy forerunner. As a result, online pub- lic opinion will be more positive.
