摘  要:调研组采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,选取具有典型意义的A大学作为分析样本,对地方高校推行本科生导师制过程中存在的问题进行调查研究。调研显示,地方高校本科生导师制在实际运行的过程中主要存在以下问题:资源受限,形式大于实效,操作性不强,教师投入精力不足,学生认可度不高等。为此,本文提出了以下对策:给予本科生导师制度准确定位,划定教师职责,在树立以学生为中心的教育理念前提下,构设平等、双向和动态的师生选择机制,构建多元化的导师机制,完善导师考核、评价、激励及监督机制。The research selects the * university as a sample to investigate the problems of the tutorial system of undergraduate students in local colleges by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The findings show that the tutorial system of undergraduate students in local colleges has problems, such as being resource-constrained, weak in operability, inadequate teacher effort, low recognition by students, and more attention to form than to actual effect. Therefore, this paper puts forward countermeasures as follows: 1) to accurately position the tutorial system of undergraduate students, and designate teachers' duties; 2) to set up the student-centered educational idea, and construct the equal, bi-directional and dynamic choice mechanism between teachers and students; and, 3) to establish a diversified tutorial system, and to perfect the mechanisms of assessment, evaluation, stimulation and supervision.
