摘　　要：阐析了党建工作载体的内涵、分类及重要作用,从组织载体、制度载体、活动载体和网络载体4个方面分别阐述了党建工作载体的创设方法,着重探讨了党建工作载体的运用方式,即形式与内容相匹配、保持与创新相促进、统一与灵活相结合、开放与监管相促进,以期为充分利用载体加强党建工作提供参考。The connotation, classification and important role of party building has been interpreted. Four aspects including organizational vector, institutional vector, activity carrier and network vector, the construction method of vector in party building have been described. And its operational mode has been mainly discussed. The match between form and content, promotion between maintenance and innovation, combination between integration and flexibility, and promotion between openness and supervision, are given to provide references for strengthening party building with vector.
