摘  要:教学评价是检验教学质量的重要手段,但由于教学评价具有较强的综合性和主观性,目前很多高校的教学评价并未发挥应有的作用。本文分析了国内教学评价存在的问题,研究了大学生评教时的心理因素,基于对学生评教心理的调研分析结果,设计了分阶段的教学质量评价体系,提出了包括学生、同行以及教师本人多元参与的评教方法,和以教学质量综合指数为指标的评教手段。Teaching evaluation is an important means of testing teaching quality. But because of its strong com-prehensiveness and subjectivity, teaching evaluation hasn' t played its role in many universities. The problems ofdomestic teaching evaluation are analyzed and students' psychological factors of evaluating teaching are re-searched. Based on the results, a teaching quality evaluation system is designed, a multiple participation evalua-tion method of students, peers and teachers themselves is proposed, and an evaluation means that takes teachingquality comprehensive index as an indicator is offered.
