摘 要:目的了解临床医学生对疼痛知识掌握的情况,为提高我校教学水平提供依据。方法采用Mrago Mc Caffery疼痛知识和态度调查问卷对临床医学专业本科生(实习医师30人),住院医师规范化培训医师(30人),进修医师(30人)进行调查,并进行统计分析。结果 3组调查对象中培训医师接受过疼痛知识学习的人数最多,实习医师最少,二者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;培训医师与进修医师比较,比较差异也有统计学意义,P<0.05。调查问卷合格情况分析提示,培训医师的合格人数最多(合格率89.7%),进修医师次之(合格率64.3%),实习医师最少(合格率26.7%),各组比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01或P<0.05。各组调查对象疼痛知识比较发现,培训医师的一般知识,药物知识,疼痛评估掌握的较其他2组医师好,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05或P<0.01。进修医师的疼痛干预知识掌握的较其他2组医师好,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床医学生的疼痛知识学习有待加强,这是我们教育工作改进及加强的方向。Objective To study the present condition of the understanding of pain knowledge in the medicalstudents, in order to provide guidelines for improving our teaching levels. Methods Ninety medical persons(30 internships, 30 residency standardized training physicians and 30 advanced study physicians) were investigated with the " Pain knowledge and attitude Survey Questionnaire" designed by Margo Mc Caffery, and then the data were statistical analyzed. Results Comparing with the other two groups, training physicians learn best in pain knowledge, and the difference were statistically significant, P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05. Questionnaire analysis suggested that the most qualified persons were training physicians( pass rate was 89.7%), followed by advanced study physicians(pass rate was 64.3%), internship were least(pass rate was 26.7%), and the difference was statistically significant in each group,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05. Comparing with the other two groups, training physicians learned best in pain knowledge including general knowledge, drugs knowledge and pain assessment, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01. Advanced study physicians had more pain intervention knowledge than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion The pain knowledge needs to be strengthened in medical students, which is direction of our teaching and education should be improved and strengthened.
