摘  要:步入21世纪,我国学前教育进入了发展的关键期。2010年,中央政府制订并颁布了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》等系列文件,确立了政府主导下的学前教育发展模式,学前教育事业的各项指标都呈快速增长态势,学前教育发展取得了很大成效,但也面临诸多挑战:适龄人口变化对学前教育资源的扩充带来压力,社会发展对学前教育体系构建带来新的要求,多元化办园格局对学前教育质量提升带来巨大挑战,农村学前教育的迅速兴起给学前教育发展带来新的压力。Since the beginning of the 21 st century,our country's preschool education has entered a critical development phase.Firstly,by issuing policies and measures,preschool education's accomplishments after the founding of the People's Republic have been strengthened.Secondly,by studying difficulties and problems encountered in the developing progress to change Chinese less developed educational condition.In 2010,government-dominating preschool education developing mode has been established by promulgating documents,including The Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)and the State Council on Several Proposals on Development of Current Preschool Education.Preschool education has made great achievements and reach the standard,but also faces many challenges:the school-age population change brings pressures to the resources expansion of the preschool education,and social development carries new requirements to preschool education system formation.Rural preschool education grew rapidly brings new pressures to the current educational development.
