摘 要:目的了解护理学硕士研究生参与以教师角色体验式学习为主导的教学方式改革后的真实感受,为进一步教育改革提供依据。方法采用半结构式访谈法,对完成护理教育理论与实践课程的12名一年级硕士护理研究生学习本课程后的真实感受进行面对面深度访谈,对访谈资料进行整理,提炼主题。结果通过文本转录-逐级编码-提炼主题的分析过程,凝练出3个主题:重新认识教师的角色内涵,逐步感知教学技能的提升,在教学反思中成长。结论教师角色体验式学习有助于护理研究生提升教学知识与技能,培养正确的教育情感与态度,为其从事护理教学相关工作奠定基础。Objective To understand the true feelings of graduate nursing students after participating in teacher's role of experiential learning based on the reform of teaching methods and provide reference for nursing higher education reform further. Methods The face to face in-depth interviews were conducted among 12 first-year graduate nursing students about their feelings after taking the course of Theory and Practice of Nursing Education. Data were sorted,analyzed and refined. Results Three themes emerged through the analysis process of speech-to-text transcription and step by step encoding and extraction :teacher's role of experiential learning has promoted students to deepen the perception of the role of teacher,improved their teaching skills,and enhanced the level of self-awareness. Conclusion Teacher's role of experiential learning can promote students to improve their teaching knowledge and skills,culture correct teaching emotions and attitudes and provide basis for future teaching career.
