摘　　要："十三五"开局之年的2016年是教育信息化全面推动教育现代化初战告捷之年,教育信息化事业在许多方面取得新突破。为了让人们全面领略我国教育信息化新发展,《中国电化教育》杂志社与中国教育技术协会、《中国教育报》、江苏省教育信息化工程技术研究中心、江苏省高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地智慧教育研究中心继续联合评选"年度中国教育信息化十大热点新闻"。该文对2016年教育信息化十大热点新闻进行深度分析,立体展现全年教育信息化的大发展,以进一步激发人们以信息化全面推动教育现代化以及技术变革教育的行动,推动我国技术变革教育更好更快地发展。The year 2016 is the first year of the ＂13th Five-Year＂, also the victory year of the modernization of education promoted by educational informationization, which has made new breakthroughs in many aspects. In order to let people fully understand the new development and situation of China＇s educational information, ＂Top Ten News of Chinese Educational Informationization＂ are selected by the magazine of China Educational Technology, the journal of China Educational Technology, China Association for Educational Technology, China Education Daily, the Discipline Network of Educational Technology and Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Educational Informationization. This article as a depth analysis of the top ten news of educational informationization in 2016, presents the significant development of education informatization in the whole year in a stereoscopic display, urges the people to promote education modernization and technology change education by informationization, and promotes China＇s technological change education for better and faster development.
