摘 要:成渝两地经济社会的快速发展为区域内职业教育发展带来新的契机,但由于中职教育发展中的历史惯性和旧有集团化人才培养模式先天性硬伤,很大程度上制约了两地中职教育的跨越发展。两地中职教育应当在确保集团化人才培养模式的常态化基础上,平衡内部成员的权利与义务,着眼于全体学生的全面发展,合纵连横,在推进产教深度融合的理念指引下促进现代职业教育体系的构建,寻求职业教育促进功能向引导功能转化,以职业教育生态位的构建推进产业的空间布局。The rapid development of economic society has brought new opportunities to the vocational education in Chengdu and Chongqing. However, due to the historic inertia in the development of secondary vocational education and congenital flaw of the talent cultivation model of old collectivization, the leap-type development of secondary vocational education in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is restricted to a great extent. Based on the ensuring the normalization of collectivization talent cultivation model, vocational education group in two regions needs to balance the rights and obligations of the members, aiming at all-round development of all students, to promote the construction of a modern vocational education system under the guidance of advancing the deep fusion of industry and education, to seek the function transformation of vocational education from promotion to guidance, and to optimizethe industrial space layout based on the niche construction of vocational education.
