企业高技能人才培养中的弹性学制模式初探

摘　　要：企业高技能人才队伍是经济新常态下企业转型升级不可或缺的中坚力量。目前,企业内部培训与社会继续教育两种模式都无法满足企业高技能人才培养需求。技工院校与企业合作开展针对企业岗位需求和技能人才成长需要的弹性学制教育,是高技能人才培养的有效模式,文章在实践基础上提出了技工院校实施企业在职职工弹性学制的七个基本点。Highly-skilled talents are the backbone elements for enterprise transformation and upgrading in new normal state. At present, neither enterprise＇s inner training nor continuing education pattern could meet the needs of high-skilled talents cultivation. This paper argues that technical schools and enterprises could work together to cultivate high-skilled talents in flexible educational system, which could be more effective by meeting both the position requirements and talents development requirement. It also puts forward seven main points for implementation of the flexible educational system.
