美国田纳西州实施FTTT法案背景下的几种新型教师评价模式探究

摘　　要：2010年1月,美国田纳西州通过了"首创一流法案"(FTTT),计划改革本州的若干教育政策,以竞争联邦教育部"争创一流"(RTTP)计划的拨款;教师评价模式是田纳西州此次教育改革中的一项重要议题。介绍田纳西州在此背景下启动实施至今的几种新型教师评价模式,探究其基本设计与实施要求、实施效果、现实应用等问题,能带给我们一些有益的启示。Tennessee passed the First to the Top Act （FTTT） in January 2010, which had helped the state win a great award from the Race to the Top grant. The reform of teacher evaluation models was one of the most important issues in the FTTT. This paper tries to get some inspirations through exploring several new teacher evaluation models that has appeared in Tennessee since the implementation of the FTTT.
