浅谈开展创新性项目对应用型教学团队建设的促进作用

摘　　要：通过分析创新型项目对参与学生和指导教师的要求,本文研究了"90后"大学生的思想行为特点和应用型师资队伍的建设思路,指出在"大众创业,万众创新"和建设"双一流"普通高校的背景下,与时俱进、因龄施教对应用型教学团队建设的重要意义。The paper shows the requirements of the innovation project for both students and their instructors,the behavioral characteristics of students after the 90s,and the train of thought in construction of the application-oriented teachers. With this in mind,it shows the great importance of advance with the times and individualized teaching for the teaching-team construction,especially with the background of ＂springing-up innovation and entrepreneurship＂ and ＂the construction of the double top universities＂.
