高校辅导员队伍专业化建设困境探析——以海南医学院为例

摘　　要：辅导员队伍专业化建设情况直接关系到大学生的思想政治教育水平,是决定高校德育质量的重要因素。文章从辅导员专业化建设困境出发,以海南医学院辅导员队伍建设情况进行实地调研和访谈,以探究辅导员队伍专业化建设的阻碍因素,促进辅导员队伍的专业化建设进程。Counselors＇ specialization construction situation,is directly related to education level of college students＇ ideology and politics,is the key factor to depending the quality of moral and intellectual education of college.The thesis, proceeded from the dilemmas of counselors＇ specialized construction,based on the counselors＇ specialized construction situation of Hainan Medical University to conduct field research and interviews,explored the obstructive factor ofcounsdors＇ specialized construction situation,is written to promote the progress of counsoles＇ specialized construction.
