徽商在明清劳动力市场发育中的地位和作用

摘　　要：徽商符合时代背景的用人特色,对明清劳动力市场的发育起着重大的推进作用。随着商品经济的发展和劳动力的进一步解放,明清劳动力市场已相当完善,为徽商在生产经营过程中因时、因需雇佣劳动力提供了更多、更便利的条件。但随着时代的推移,由于徽商自身各方面的局限,他们的很多行为也阻碍了明清劳动力市场的发育。The employment characteristic what conformed to the time background of the Huizhou merchants produced a great propellant effect to the labor market during the Ming-Qing dynasty. Gone with the development of the commodity economy and the further free of the labor, the labor market in Ming-Qing dynasty had fairly completed, and provided more convenient conditions for the Huizhou merchants to employ different labors at different time and places. However, because of the self-imitativeness of the Huizhou merchants, many of their actions put off the labor market during the Ming-Qing dynasty.
