摘　　要：目的 探讨脑转移瘤患者的最佳治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院从1990～2000年10年来463例脑转移瘤患者的治疗方法和效果。治疗方法包括开颅手术切除肿瘤,单纯放射治疗,单纯X-刀治疗和X-刀治疗加放射治疗。将所得到的随访资料进行统计学分析。结果X-刀治疗加放射治疗可使脑转移瘤患者得到最佳的生存期。结论 X-刀治疗加放射治疗是治疗脑转移瘤的最佳方法。Objective To ascertain the best treatment modality for patients with brain metastasis. Methods The treatment methods and outcomes of 463 brain metastatic tumor cases in our hospital during a 10-year period from 1990 to 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. The treatment methods included neurosurgical craniotomy, whole brain radiotherapy, X-Knife radiosurgery, and X-Knife radiosurgery plus whole brain radiotherapy. The follow-up data were analyzed by using statistical method. Results The patients treated with X-Knife radiosurgery plus whole brain radiotherapy had the best survival. Conclusion X-Knife radiosurgery plus whole brain radiotherapy is the best modality for the treatment of brain metastasis.
