摘　　要：论述了大连东软信息学院基于CDIO教学模式制定与优化软件技术专业培养方案的过程。从定位职业岗位入手,确定培养目标,进而分析岗位技能,最终得到课程体系。软件技术培养方案的制定与优化过程展示了学校在深化教育教学改革、创新教育教学方法、探索多样化培养方式的创新举措,为培养适应时代发展的高等技术应用型专门人才提供了指导方案。This paper deals with the development and optimization of professional training pro- gram of software technology based on CDIO mode in Dalian Neusoft University of information. After positioning professional post, determining the training objectives and analyzing the job skills, the curriculum system is finally obtained. The development and optimization of the train- ing program of software technology shows that the university is in the process of deepening the teaching reform, innovating the teaching methods and exploring the ways of diversification, which provides guidance to train advanced technical professionals to adapt to the times.
