摘　　要：本研究致力于制定出一套完整的以培养学生实践动手能力和创新能力为根本的中药学专业学位研究生人才培养模式,通过调研访谈、比较研究、实证研究、抽样实验等方法进行人才培养模式改革。1修订人才培养方案;2构建新课程体系,以德育教育为基础,着重培养学生主动学习、创新学习的能力;3改革实践教学模式,针对学生发展需要分类实习,加强监控和考核力度,提升学生实践能力;4引入形成性评价体系,开创模块式考核,探索考核模式改革。通过研究,摸索出了一套更利于培养行业和社会所需创新型人才的培养模式,为同类院校中药学专业学位研究生培养提供借鉴。This research is to make out a mode which aims at training masters of Chinese materia medica who have strong political ability and innovation ability. Through this research, interviewing method, comparative method, empirical method and sampling test method were used to do the research. 1 Revise the talent training scheme; 2 Construct the new curriculum system, take moral education as the foundation, focus on cultivating students＇ ability of active learning and innovative learning; 3 Reform the practice teaching mode, according to the development of students need to classify practice, strengthen the monitoring and evaluation, improve the students＇ practical ability; 4 Introduce the formative evaluation system, create a modular assessment, explore the reform of examination mode. Through the research, a set of training mode is more conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents in the industry and society, it provide master of Chinese materia medica-training reference to similar institutions.
