摘  要:针对如何解决新建本科高校教学、科研、社会服务及学生动手实践能力培养四个环节严重分离的问题,基于物联网工程专业提出了产学研赛融合型人才培养模式.利用该模式,教师可将现有或潜在的横向及纵向项目分解成多个学生可以动手实践的子项目,并将其融入到相关课程的课内外教学过程中.学生根据自己的兴趣,选取不同的子项目来利用课内外及假期时间进行开发.实践证明,该模式使学生在课程学习期间可参与专业竞赛及教师的服务社会项目与科研项目,并得到教师课内外的密切指导;教师也有时间来从事更多的教学、科研、服务社会及学生竞赛事项,学生的动手实践能力及教师的产学研赛能力都得到了提高.该产学研赛融合型人才培养模式在新建本科高校的信息类专业中具有很好的推广价值.Currently,the newly-built colleges have serious problems in integrating the four aspects of teaching,research,social service and students' practical ability cultivation,which leads to insignificant research results and students' weak practice ability.Based on education practice of the IOT engineering major,we propose an education scheme with integration of serving community,teaching,research and contest.By using this model,teachers can divide the existing or potential horizontal and vertical projects into a number of sub-projects that can be practiced by students.Students according to their interests,can select their own sub-projects,use in-class,out-class or holiday time to develop them.In this way,during course learning time,students are able to participate in major contests or the teachers' horizontal and vertical projects,and get teacher's close guidance.Thus,students' practice ability,the teachers' scientific research and social service ability have been greatly improved.This integration scheme has a good promotion value in the IT related majors for the newly-built undergraduate colleges.
