摘　　要：针对地方高校理工类研究生培养师资及科研资源不足的现状,开展研究生培养模式改革,重点通过研究生课程改革、师资队伍建设、校企合作等一系列改革措施,达到提高研究生培养的目的,并在实践中取得良好的效果。For graduate education in local university institute the faculty and research resources are inadequate, in order to improve postgraduate cultivation mode reform was performed. Through the graduate student curriculum reform, teacher team construction, co- operation between colleges and so on a series of reform measures, graduate education can meet with the goal of reform and good results have been achieved in practice.
