摘 要:调查五年制临床医学生的实习现状与满意度,找出存在的问题,提出改善教学质量的措施。采用整群抽样的方法,选择五年制大五临床医学生356人为调查对象,对其实习医院的教学、师资、管理及实习效果、满意度进行问卷调查。数据采用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析。回收有效调查问卷340份。291人(85.59%)选择毕业后读研,138人(40.59%)认为在实习中动手操作机会较少,临床实习的总体满意度为158(46.47%),对教学设施、师资、教学管理的满意度分别为128(37.64%)、166(48.82%)、96(28.24%)。改善教学条件、强化教师的教学意识、加强教学管理,是提高临床实习质量的重要措施。To investigate status and satisfaction among medical students and put forward the higher quality measures in clinical practicing. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 356 undergraduate medical students. Data of status and satisfaction about teaching facilities,teaching staff,teaching man-agement, practical effect were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22. 0 software. 340 effective question-naires were collected. 291 (85. 59%) medical students choose graduate school, 138(40. 59%) think less operational opportunities in clinical practice. The overall satisfaction was on clinical practice 258 (46.47%),and the teaching facilities, teaching staffs, clinical practice management were 128 (37. 64%), 166(48. 82%),96(28. 24%), respectively. Improve the teaching facilities, strengthen teaching staff construction and reform clinical practice management to meet the needs of students and improve the clinical practice quality.
