人的科学发展观理论视野下的人的全面发展探析

摘　　要：人的科学发展观强调人要全面、协调、可持续发展,全面发展已经不是人的发展的唯一目标,因此,全面发展在人的发展中到底发挥什么样的作用,值得认真研究。如果将人的发展分为"做人"、"做事"两个方面,全面发展不仅可以看成是"做人"方面的发展目标,也对"做事"方面的发展起保障和促进作用。这一理念有利于进一步认识全面发展在人的发展中的地位和作用、促进人的科学发展,也论证了人的科学发展观的科学性。The Scientific Outlook on Development stressed the importance of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, comprehensive development is not the only goal of human development, therefore, it is worthwhile to study the roles which comprehensive development played in human development. If human development can be divided into two aspects of ＂conducting oneself ＂ and ＂handling affairs＂ , comprehensive development can not only be considered as the de-velopment target of ＂ conducting oneself＂ but also the assurance and promotion of ＂ handling affairs＂. This concept is con-ducive to further understand the status and effects of comprehensive development on human development, and promote the scientific development of human, also demonstrates the scientific nature of the people of outlook on human scientific devel-opment.
