摘　　要：自动禽蛋保鲜涂膜机由支架、进蛋输送机构、保鲜剂喷涂机构、干燥装置、上下料机构等功能机构组成,可实现对清洁鸡蛋的涂膜保鲜干燥处理。支架由方钢管加工制作,表面包装不锈钢。进蛋输送机构能实现鸡蛋以滚动的方式向前运动,主要由鸡蛋托架、输送链条和摩擦带组成。鸡蛋托架由托架轴和蛋托组成,由双节距链条带动向前运动,鸡蛋托架下方安装摩擦带,实现鸡蛋在前进的同时能够滚动。保鲜剂喷涂机构选用DN15的喷头,实现将保鲜剂均匀喷涂至鸡蛋表面。干燥装置选用2台轴流式通风机,并在风机下方安装电热丝,利用空气流动除去鸡蛋表面多余保鲜剂,使涂膜后的蛋壳表面干燥。The automatic preservation coating machine is composed of bracket and mechanisms of egg transport, spraying,drying, and loader/unloader. It can realize the process of coating and drying for clean eggs. The bracket is made of square steel tube on which stainless steel surface is packed. Egg transport mechanism is mainly composed of the egg tray,transmission chain and the friction belt, and can make the eggs roll when they are moving forward. The egg tray includes of egg cartons and axes, driven by double pitch chain. The friction belt which makes the eggs roll is fixed under the egg tray.DN15 nozzle is chosen as the spraying mechanism, it can spray the antistaling agent uniformly to the surface of the eggs.The drying mechanism contains two axial flows with a heating wire installed below them. The airflow made by the ventilators though the heating wire removes the redundant antistaling agent on the egg surface, and dries the surface of the eggs after coating.
