摘　　要：[目的]了解三级甲等综合医院"80后"护士卫生法律法规知识掌握现状。[方法]调查418名"80后"护士对《护士条例》《医院感染管理办法》《侵权责任法》的掌握情况,分析学历、性别、护龄、婚姻状况等对护士卫生法律法规掌握情况的影响。[结果]护士专业法律知识掌握情况有待加强,不同护龄护士法律法规掌握情况不同(P<0.05)。[结论]应加强"80后"护士卫生法律知识的继续教育和培训。Objective： To understand the status quo of master of post - 80s nurses to health laws and regulationsknowledge in third grade A hospital. Methods： A total of 418 post - 80s nurses wetus quo of“nurse regulations” “hospital infection management measures” and“ tort liability law” , then to analyze the influence of education background, gender, nursing age and marital status on nursing master on health laws and regulations knowledge master for nurse. Results： The mastering status quo of the professional law know-edge of nurses＇ need to be enhanced, the mastering of laws and regulations of nurses wiwere different （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The continuing education and training of the health law knowledge should be strengthened for post 80s nurses.
