“工匠精神”在职业院校学生教学管理中的应用

摘　　要：我国的职业教育正在蓬勃发展,由于我们高度重视职业教育中对学生技术能力的培养,对职业精神教育忽视了很多。"工匠精神"是我国现在的职业技术人员所缺乏的一种精神,受我国传统文化以及教育体制影响,我国职业教育中精神教育出现了严重的问题。要把高等院校和职业院校区分开,对不同院校的学生实行不一样的教学目标,学校在管理学生方面不断进行创新,实施切实可行的管理方法,这样才能为社会培养更多有用的人才。当前职业院校在管理学生方面如何培养学生的"工匠精神"值得学生管理工作者的思考。In the development of vocational education,the researchers mostly focus on the training of techni-cal skills rather than the cultivation of vocational spirit. A lack of the spirit of craftsman of technicians has been a hot issue recently,which means educators have not payed enough attention to the vocational spirit education. We should have different teaching objectives for the students of different levels and be innovative in managing the students,enabling them to make important contributions to the companies and the society. The cultivation of the spirit of craftsman has been an important part of student management. We should place more emphasis on it.
