摘 要:20世纪80年代初,继续医学教育的概念引入我国.我国继续医学教育制度的建立借鉴了美国继续医学教育的经验.本文从7个方面阐述了美国继续医学教育模式的特点:①继续医学教育与医师执照再注册挂钩;②医师参加继续医学教育的必修内容;③继续医学教育活动学分/学时要求;④认证继续医学教育活动的主办单位;⑤医学学术团体为医师成功再注册提供支持;⑥限制继续医学教育的商业赞助;⑦多样化的继续医学教育活动方式.通过了解美国继续医学教育模式及其成功经验,获得3个方面的有益启示,对于完善我国继续医学教育制度将会产生积极的促进作用.After China’s reform and opening up,the concept of continuing medical education in china.The introduction of the concept of continuing medical education in our country and the establishment of the system,drawing lessons from the experience of the United States to continue medical education system.In this paper,the characteristics of continuing medical education in the United States from 7 aspects are described:①.Continuing medical education and physician’s license registration;②Physicians attending continuing medical education;③Continuing medical education activities;④Certification of continuing medical education activities organized by the unit;⑤Medical academic community to provide support for physician success;⑥Commercial sponsorship of continuing medical education;⑦A variety of continuing medical education activities.By understanding the American continuing medical education model and its successful experience,3 aspects of beneficial enlightenment for the improvement of China’s continuing medical education system will have a positive role.
