摘　　要：以湖北省武汉市7所大学的本科生为研究对象,采取问卷调查与查阅文献相结合的方法,分析了当前国内企业文化发展现状,学生对于企业文化的认识,以及企业与高校之间的契合点,借此对企业文化与大学生就业发展之间的微妙关系进行分析,希望对高校毕业生选择适合自己的企业以及企业调整自身文化有所帮助。The research object of this test is based on the undergraduate of seven universities in wuhan city,hubei province.adopting the method of questionnaire survey combined with literature,analyzing the current status of domestic enterprise culture development,the students’ understanding of corporate culture,and the spot between enterprises and colleges. And we futher analyzes the delicate relationship between enterprise culture and university students’ employment development. So we hope this text can help college graduates choosing to suit their own enterprises and enterprises are able to adjust their own culture.
