河南省高校大学生亚健康现状调查分析

摘　　要：笔者运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河南省高校大学生亚健康现状与干预研究进行调研分析。结果表明:河南省高校大学生亚健康状态比较严重。建议河南省相关教育部门和高校从保障大学生体育锻炼的权益、养成良好的生活习惯、传授相关的保健知识与生理卫生知识等方面入手,建立监测河南省高校大学生健康状况的长效机制。The author investigates and analyzes the present situation of sub - health of the college students in higher education institutions of Henan province and the intervention research using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods. The results show that the sub - health status of the college students in higher education institutions of Henan province is more serious. On this basis, it is suggested that the relevant education departments of Henan province and higher education institutions should start with safeguarding the rights and interests of the college students＇ physical exercise, developing a good living habits, imparting the relevant knowledge of health and physical hygiene and other aspects to establish a long - term mechanism of health status of the college students in higher education institutions of Henan province.
